1054 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON FIREMEN'S AND POLICEMEN'S CIVIL SERVICE COMMRESQLUTION NO. 1054
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Firemen's and Police-
men's Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, because of the election
of Richard Nafe to the City Council of the City of Paris and his resignation
from such Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, has appointed Elbert
E. Barbee, Jr. to serve on the Civil Service Commission for the unexpired
term of Richard Nafe, effective immediately and continuing to January 1,
1966; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the appointment of Elbert E. Barbee, Jr. , be, and the same is hereby,
in all things, approved and confirmed.
