RESO^LUTION NOo 1046
<br />WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the
<br />1962-1963 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, which
<br />budget items are as follows:
<br />1, Police Account 301-A-4, in the amount of
<br />$10, 000, 00,
<br />2, Parks Fund Account No, 403-D-1, in the
<br />amount of $2, 000, 00,
<br />3. Sanitation F'und Account No. 404-A-4, in
<br />the amount of $2, 000, 00,
<br />4. Cox Field Funds Account No, 601-A-1, in the
<br />amount of $6000 00, and Account No, 601-Z-2,
<br />in the amount of $4000 00,
<br />making a total excess of $15, OOOo 00; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Contingent Fund balance of the City of Paris, as of
<br />April 8, 1963, is in the amount of $20, OOOo 00; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized
<br />and directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, as shown in said budget,
<br />the sum of $15, 000. 00, and to credit to the following funds:
<br />1. Polic e Account 301-A -4, the amount of $10, 000. 00,
<br />2, Parks Fund Account No. 403-D-1, the amount of
<br />$2, 000. 00,
<br />3. Sanitation Fund Account No, 404-A-4, the amount
<br />of $21 000. 00,
<br />4. Cox Field Funds Account No, 601-A-1, the amount
<br />of $600. 00, and Account No. 601-Z -2, the amount
<br />of $400, 00,
<br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of April, A. D. , 1963,
