WHEREAS, Del Morgano has resign--d from the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris; and,
WFIEREA5, th:=:re is now one vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
(.---,otnmission; and,
vVHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council that R. A.
Kennedy be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill the
unexpired term of Del Morgano, which term expres September 10, 1963,
beginning immediately upon passage hereof; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That such appointment be, and the same is hereby made and
approved in accordance witn the ordinances of the City of Paris.
