1043 RES CITY COUNCIL CAUSED ELECTION TO BE HELD FOR CERTAIN SEWER IMPROVEMENTSRESOLUTION NO. 1043
WHEREAS, the City Council of Paris has caused an election to be held
for certain sewer improvements and has voted bonds to pay thnrefor; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, J. E. Albright, has been instructed by
the City Council to prepare plans and specifications for the installation of
certain trunk sewer lines, maps and iastwln for the installation of sewer
improvements extending around the/North Eajla
ast and South East portion of the
City of Paris, which project is known as 851-4-63; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, J. E. Albright, has presented plans and
specifications, charts, maps and drawings for the installation of such sewer
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City Councilis of the opinion that the same should be
approved; NOW, THEREFQRE,
BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That said plans and specifications, maps and charts, be, and the same are
hereby approved, and the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, is directed to ad-
vertise for bids for said improvements, according to said plans and speci-
fications, to be received at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , in the City Council Room, in
the City of Paris, on April 29, 1963,
