1039 RES CITY COUNCIL AND JAMES E CASTLEMAN ENTERED INTO AIRPORT HANGAR LEASE

RESOLUTION NO. 1039 . W HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris and James E. Castlen3an entered into an atar•port hangar lease on the 25th day of May, 1953, for a period of ten (10) years; and, WHEREA5, the same was by James E. Castleman assigned to Stanley I. Pilgrim on the 8th day of September, 1958, and thereafter transferred to Jas. M. Wrann, Jr. by Stanley T. Pilgrim; and, WHEREAS, the attorney for Sta.nley I. Pilgrim has advised the City Mana.ger that he has no further claim or interest in and to said lease; and, WHEREAS, Jas. M. W renn, Jr. has requested that the balance of the ten year term, from the llth day of I?ecember to the 25th day of May, be cancelled, and has requested the City Council for a new lease for a period of ten years covering the ha.ngar and space occupied thereby, on C ox Field; NC7ViT, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED BY THE C ITY C OUNC IL OF THE CITY OF PAR]S, That H. C. Kennemer, City Ma.na.ger, be, and he i.s hereby au- thorizesl and directed to enter into an airport hangar lease for the hangar involved and the space occupied thereby, upon the usual terms and condi- tions of such leases now required by the City of Paris.
