WHEREAS, the term of office of I?r. Jim A. Miles, as a member of
the Planning and Z oning C ommis s ion of the C ity of Pa ris , wi.ll expy.re on
I?ecember 31, 1962, and it is necsssary to appoint his successor, and the
Mayor of the vity of Paris, W. A. Cawthon, having re-appoi.nted I?r. Jim
A. Miles, to s e rve on the Planning and Z oning C ommis s ion of the C ity of
Paris, for three (3) years, beginning January l, 1963, and continuing for
a term of three (3) years, and has submitted the xame of such person to
the City Council of the City o.f Paris; NC3W, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAR T'.5, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of I?r. Jim A. Miles, to serve
as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris, for a period o4 three (3) years, boginning January 1, 1963, and
continuing for a period of th.ree (3) years thereafter, is by the City
Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
