WHERE.AS, the terms of office of Mrs, J. A. Lewis, Edmond W.
Castle'aerry, and Dr. Jim A. M:iles, on the Advisory Board of Health of
the City Uf Paris and ;,ounty of Lamar, will expire on I?ecember 31,
1962; and,
WHER.EAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoi.nt three persons
to fill the vacancies which will be createtl by the expiration of their terms,
and the C ity Manager, H. C. Kenneme r, has re -appointed Mrs. J. A.
Lewis, Edmond W. Castleberry, and I?r. Jim A. Miles, to serve on said
Advisary Board of Health, for a term of three (3) years, beginning
January 1, 1963, and expiring I?ecember 31, 1965; NOW, THEREFOR.E,
BE IT RESOi,VEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the sarne are hereby
approved, according to the ordinances of the Gity of Paris and the laws
