1032 RES CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED NATIONAL BUILDING CODE FOR 1949RES OLU TION 'VO. 1032 .
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted the 'Vational
Building Code for 1949, which provides for certa.in rnembers of the
Building Board of Appeals; and,
W HE REAS , tha term of C lyde Pa rham ha s expired; and,
WHEREAS, it is ne: essary to appoint a member of said Building
Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10,
1962; and,
W HE ftEAS , the Ma yar of the 'Jity of Paris, Texas,W, A. Cawthon,
has appointed Edmond Castleberry to serve on said Building Board of
Appea.ls for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10, 1962; NON,
