1027 RES CITY COUNCIL PURCHSED OFF-STREET PARKING LOTSRES OLU TION NO, 1027
WHEREAS, the City Council, has, in years past, purchased
off-street parking lots and provided for meters to be placed thereon; and,
WHEREAS, it created a special fund of the City of Paris, knoWn
as the Municipal Parking Lot Fund; and,
WHEREAS, said parking lots have been paid for, and there is
now no necessity for the continuation for such fund, and there is no money
in said Municipal Parking Lot Fund; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RES OL VEI? B Y THE C I TY C OUNC IL OF THE C IT Y CsF
PAR]S, That the City Glerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby au-
thorized to discontinue the keeping of a separate account, known as the
Municipal Pa.rking Lot Fund, and that any money that should come in
from the Municipal Parking Lots shall be placed in the Current Fund.
