WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughli.n arid Maury
Robinson, on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of
the City of Paris, will expire on October 7, 1962; and,
WHER.EAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint two persons
to fill the vacancies which will be created by the expiration of their terms;
and,
WHER,EAS, it ha.s been recommended to the Gity Council by the
Mayor, W. A. Cawthon, that J. D. McLaughlin and Maury Robinson be
re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning Gc tober 7,
1962; NOW, THEREFCRE,

are hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of Commis sioners of
