1018 RES COP IS INTERESTED IN FURTHERING USE OF COX FIELD AIRPORTRESOLUTION NG. 1018 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Pa,ris, Texas is interested in furthering
the use of Cox Field Airport by private and public carriers; and,
WHER.EAS, there is a shorta,ge of hangar space existing on said
C ox Field; and,
WHEREAS, R. D. Mc Donald, of Route #6, Clarks ville, Texas, is
desirous of obta,ining a hangar space lease upon which to construc t a
hanga r and house an airplane; NCW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RES GLVED BY THE C ITY C OUNC IL aF THE C xTY OF
PAR15, That the Gity Manager, H. C. Kennemer, be authorized and di-
rected to enter into and execute an airport hangar lease, for a term of
ten (10) years, between the City of Paris and R. D. McDonald, and said
lease to provide for an option at the end of the ten year period to renew
said lease, upon the same terms and conditions.
