1007 RES CHARTER OF COP PROVIDES COP SELECT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTRESOLUTION NO. 1007

WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the City
of Paris ahall select a certified public accounta.nt to make an annual audit
of the books of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1962, at a
time not sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor less than
thirty days; and,
WHEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public
accountant; and,
WHEREAS, F. I. McClanahan, a certified public accounta.nt in the
City of Paris, has made application therefor; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5,
That F. I. McClanahan, a certi.fied public accounta,nt, is hereby appointed
and is authorized to make the annual audit of the City of Paris for the year
ending June 30, 1962, as provided by the Charter of the City of Paris.
