W'HEREAS, the term of office of Robert L. Shirley, as a rrerrber of
the PJanning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
April 13, 1962, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, W. A. Cawthon, having re-appointed Robert
L. Shirley, to serve on the Planning and Zonisig Commisaion of the City
of Paris, for three (3) years, beginning April 13, 1962, and continuing for
a term of three (3) years, and has submitted the name of such person to
the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, T'HEREE'ORE,
BE IT RE50LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Robert L. Shirley, to serve
as a member of the Planning and Zoni.ng Commission of the Gity of Paris,
for a period of three (3) yeags, beginning Apri2 13, 1962, and continui.ng
for a period of three (3) years thereafter, is by the City Council of the
City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
