0995 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED H C KENNEMER TO FILE APPLICATION FOR CERTAIN WATER RIGHTSRESOLU TION NO. 995 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did authorize
H. C. Kennemer, City Manager of the City of Faris, to file an applica-
tion for certa,in water rights for a reservoir project on Sanders Creek,
with the Texas Water Commission; and,
WHEREAS, there are certain filing fees and expenses incident
to the procuring of said water rights, which expenses will of necessity
be borne by the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
PAR,IS, That H. C. Kennemer, City Manager, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to pay from the Water Bond Fund, all the
filing fees and incidental expenses necessary in the processing of said
application.
