0993 RES TERM OF OFFICE OF BYRON RICHEY ON CIVIL SERVICE COMM EXPIREDRESOLUTION NO. 993 .
WHEREAS, the term of office of Byron Richey, on the Civil Service
Commission of the City of Paris, has expired; and,
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on said Civil Service
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, has appointed Gene
M. Belew, to serve on the Civil Service Commission for a term of three
(3) years, beginning February 15, A. D. , 1962, and continuing for three
(3) years thereafter; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITY COtINCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appoi.ntment of Gene M. Belew, be, and the same is
hereby, in all things, approved and confirmed.
