0992 RES BEEN NECESSARY FOR ENGINEERING OFFICE TO CONSTRUCT 8" SEWER LINERESQLUTION NO. 99~
WHEREAS, it has been necessary for the Engineering Office of the
City of Paris to construct an eight inch (811) sewer line under the Texas
and Pacific Railroad, at Paris, Lamar County, Texas, at Valuation
Ghaining Station 4736 plus 86. 8, Mile Post A-89, 72, Main Line, Eastern
Division; and,
WHEREAS, The Texas and Pacific Railway Company ha.s tendered
Lease No. 21303, styled Form of Pipe Line Agreement, and dated
August 3, 1961, for execution by the City of Paris, Texas; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Ma.yor of the City of Paris, W. A. Cawthon, be, and he
is hereby authorized to enter into lease agreement No. 21303, and the
Gity Manager is directed to forward said agreement, together with check
for $1.00 as consideration therefor, to The Texas and Pacific Railway
Company at Dallas, Texa.s.
