982 RES CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED NATIONAL BUILDING CODE FOR 1949R.ESOLUTIQN NO. 982 ,
WHER.EAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted the National
Building Gode for 1949, which provides for certain members of the
Building Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREA5, the term of R. V. Thrasher will expire on December 10,
1961; and
WHER.EAS, it is necessary to appoint a member of said Building
Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5) year$, beginning December 10,
1961; and,
WHEREAS, the Ma.yor of the City of Paris, Texas, W. A. Cawthon,
has re-appointed R. V. Thrasher to serve on sa.id Building Board of
Appeais for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10, 1961; NOWr
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED B.Y THE CITY C(JUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the re-appointment of R. V. Thrasher to the Buildfng Board of
Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning December 10, 1961 and
expiring I?ecember 10, 1966, made by W. A. Cawthon, Ma.yor of the City
of Paris, be, and the same is hereby approved.
