WHEREAS, the term of office of Morris Kimbell, on the Givil
5ervice Commission of the Gity of Paris, hag expired; and,
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on said Commission;
an d,
WHEREAS, the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, ha.s appointed
Bok Kimball to serve on the Civil Service Commission, for a term of
three (3) years, beginning October 9, A. D, , 1961, and continuing for
three (3) yeara thereafter, NOW, THER.EFORE:
BE IT RE50LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS„ That the appointment of Bok Kimball, be, and the same is
hereby, in all things, approved and confirmed.
