WHER,EAS, C. L. Ma.rshall has resigned as Chairman of the Executive
Committee of the City-County Civil Defense and Disaster Commission; and
there is now a vacancy of such chairmanship; and,
WHEt.EAS, it has been recommended to the City Gouncil of the City of
Paris that Raymond Wunsch be appointed to serve as Chairman of the
Exe6utive Committee of the City-County Civil Defense and Disaster
Commission, for a term of two (2) years; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARi5,
That Raymond Wunsch be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as Chairman
of the Executive Comrnittee of the City-County Civil Defense and Disaster
Commission,\ for a term of Lwo (2) years from this date, beginning
Septemb~r 11, 1961 and continuing for two years from said date, or until
his successor is appointed and qualified.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular
session convened, on this the llth day of September, A. D., 1961.
