WHER.EAS, the terms of office of Paul Files and Clark Estes, Jr.,
as members of the Planning and Zoning Gommission of the City of Paris,
will expire on September 1, 1961, ; and it ha.s become necessary to appoint
their successors, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, W. A. Cawthon,
having re-appointed Paul Files and Clark Estes, Jr., to serve on the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for three (3) years,
beginning September 1, 1961, anii continuing for a term of three (3)
years, and has submitted the names of such persons to the City Council
of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVEI? BY THE GITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXA S, That the re-appointment of Paul Files and Clark Estes, Jr., tn
serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission, for a period
of three (3) years, beginning September 1, 1961, and continuing for a
period of three (3) years thereafter, is by the City Council of the City of
Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
