970 RES BOK KIMBALL RESIGNED FROM P&Z COMMRESOLUTION NO. 970 .
WHEREAS, Bok Kimball has resigned from the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, there is now one vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council that
Robert L. 5hirley be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission
to fill the unexpired term of Bok Kimball, which term expires April 13,
1962, beginning immediately upon passage hereof; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appointment be, and the same is hereby
made and approved in accordance with the ordinances of the City of
Paris.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Bok Kimball be commended for
his service on the Planning and Zoning Commissinn, and that he be
furnished a copy of this resolution by the City of Paris.
