968 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF MRS T D WELLS SR ET AL ON ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH EXPIRES JULY 1 1961RESOLUTION NO. 968 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. T. D. Wells, Sr., Dr. A. L.
Jones, and Mr, Duane E. Glover, on the Advisory Board of Health for the
City of Paris and County of Lamar, will expire on July 1, 1961; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist in each of the three places on said
Advisory Board of Health, and the Gity Manager, H. C. Kennemer, has re-
appointed Mrs, T. D. Wells, Sr., Dr. A. L. Jones, and Mr. Duane E.
Glover, to serve on said Advisory Board of Health for a term of three (3)
years, beginning July 2, 1961, and expiring July 1, 1964; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARx,S,
TEXAS, That such appointments be, and the same are hereby approved,
according to the ordinances of the City of Paris and the laws of the State
of Texas.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded
to Mrs. T. D. Wells, Sr., Dr. A. L. Jones, and Mr. Duane E. Glover.
