967 RES HONORABLE DON MCLAUGHLIN RESIGNED AS CHAIRMAN OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEERESOLUTION NO. 967
WHEREAS, the Honorable Don McLaughlin has resigned as Chairman
of the Executive Committee of the City-County Givil Defense and Disaster
Gommission; and there is now a vacancy of such chairmanship; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council of the City
of Paris that C. L. Marshall be appointed to serve as Chairman of the
Executive Committee of the City-County Civil Defense and Disaster
Commission, for a term of two (2) years; NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That C. L. Marshall be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as Chairman
of the Executive Committee of the City-Gounty Civil Defense and Disaster
Gommission, for a term of two (2) years from this date, beginning June 12,
1961 and continuing for two years from said date, or until his successor is
appointed and qualified.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of i'aris, in regular
session convened, on this the 12th day of June, A. D., 1961.
