965 RES CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED NATIONAL BUILDING CODE OF 1949RE50LUTION NO. 965
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted the National
Building Code of 1949, which provides for certain members of the Building
Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREAS, the term of James Loven has expired by his removing
himself from the City of Paris, Texas, and the term of James F. Hickman
has expired by resignation; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint two members of said Building
Board of Appeals for a term of five (5) years, beginning May 8, 1961; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas, W. A. Cawthon,
has appointed Harry Fry and W. T. Murphy to serve on said Building Board
of Appeals for a term of five (5) years, beginning May 8, 1961; NOW,
THE RE FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR.IS,
That the appointment of Harry Fry and W. T. Murphy to the Building Board
of Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning May 8, 1961, made by
W. A. Cawthon, Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and the same is hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of May, A. D., 1961.
