964 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMMRESOLUTION NO. 964 .
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Planning and 2oning Commission of the City of Paris, because of the
election of Dr. John E. Price to the City Council of the City of Paris
and his resignation from such Commission; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council that Harold
S. Reeder be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill the
unexpired term of Dr. John E. Price, expiring A,ugust 1, 1962; NOW,
THE RE FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That such appointment be, and the same is hereby made and approved, in
accordance with the ordinances of the City of Paris.
