960 RES M D MISSO OF COP REQUESTED CITY COUNCIL FOR ADDITIONAL RENTAL PERIOD FOR AIRPORT SPACE AT COX FIELDRES4LUTION NO. 960 .
WHEREAS, M. D. Misso, of the City of Paris, Texas, has requested the
City Council:br an additional rental period for an airport space on Cox Field
.Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris and M. D. Misso, on September 9, 1958,
entered into a lease contract regarding the same; and,
WHEREA5, it is the policy of the City Council to encourage the con-
struction of all metal airport hangars; and,
WHEREAS, such has been done by the Lessee; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris and the Lessee, M. D. Misso, have en-
tered into a contract or agreement to grant a renewal of said lease at the
expiration thereof, for an additional period of ten (10) years, and the lease is
in accordance with the policy with reference to hangars on Cox Field Airport;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor of the City of Paris, William C. Ragan, be, and he is hereby
authorized to execute said lease agreement with M. D. Misso.
