958 RES POLICY OF COP INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE RATES BE FIXED BY ACTION OF CITY COUNCILRESOLUTION NO. 958 .
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Paris, Texas, that in-
dustrial sewage rates be fixed by action of the City Gouncil; and,
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council
that the W. & W. Pickle Company is considering the location of a pickle
plant in the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, it has indicated that it will use in production some
50, 000 gallons of sewage over a 15 hour operation; and,
WHEREAS, the waste of such operations will be somewhat more
difficult to treat than normal industrial waste; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOL VED BY THE G ITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the City of Paris proposes to furnish sewage dis-
posal for the location of such pickle plant on Center Street, in the
Northern portion of Paris, at a rate of 5~ per 1, 000 gallons, to be
billed and paid for at the end of each months operation.
