954 RES COP BY RES DATED AUGUUST 18 1959 AUTHORIZED ROBERT GLASS TO REQUEST EXTENSION TO PRESENTATION NO 1413RESOLUTION NOe 954 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas, by Resolution dated August 18,
1959, authorized Mr. Robert Glass, Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas, to
request an extension to Presentation No. 1413 for a water supply reservoir
on Sanders Creek, a tributary of the Red River in Lamar County; and,
WHER.EAS, on August 18, 1959, the City of Paris did apply to the
Board of Water Engineers for an extension of Presentation No. 1413; and,
WHEREAS, this extension of Presenta.tion No. 1413 was granted for an
eighteen (18) month period and must be renewed on or before March 5, 1961;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PARISf TEXAS:
That Dr. William C. Ragan, Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas, be
authorized to file and furnish such information and to take such other action
as may be necessary to obtain a renewal of this presentation for a one year
