R.ESOLUTTON NO, 946 ,
WtIEREAS, on the 28th day of Novembex, 1960, the City Council
did, by Resolution No, 941, abandon and relinquish its right, title, and
interest in and to a 20 foot a].ley located in the T& P Addition to the
City of Pa.ris, in Block 4 of said Addition, extending from the Narth
Bounda.ry Line of Sycamore Street to the South Boundary Line of the
T& P right of way; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris ha.s decided to regeal such action;
NOW, THgt.EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF
PA►R.IS, That Resalution No. 941 is hereby repealed.
