WHEREAS, the term of I?r. Lane B. Cooke, as City Health Qfficer
of the City of Paris, ends on December 31, 1960; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the City of Paris to
have and xnainta.in a City Health Officer for the year 1961; NOW, THERE•-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THF CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That Dr. Lane B. Cooke be, and he is hereby re-appointed
to the office of City Health Officer for the City of Paris, for the year
beginning January 1, 1961, and ending December 31, 1961.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of December, A. D., 1960.
