943 RES CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED NATIONAL BUILDING CODE FOR 1949• •
R.ESOLUTION NO, 943 .
WHEREAS, the City Council ha.s heretofore adopted the National
Building Code for 1949, which provides for certa.i,n members of the Building
Board of Appeals; and,
WHHLEAS, the terms of Ha.mp Malone and James F. Hickman will
expire on December 10, 1960; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint two (2) members of said
Builtling Board of Appeals, for a term of fivs (5} years, beginning Decexnber
11, 1960; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Texa.s, William C. Ragan,
has re-appointed Hamp Malone and James F. Hickman to serve on said
Building Board of Appeals for a term of five (5) years, beginni.ng December
11, 1960; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL dF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the re-appointment of Hamp Malone and James F. Hickman to the
Building Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5} years, beginni.ng December
11, 1960, made by Willia.m C. Ragan, Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and
the same is hereby approved.
