936 RES CITY COUNCIL PASSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORD ON AUGUST 8 1960RESOLUTION NO. 936 .
WHEREAS$ the City Council passed an amendment to the Zoning
Qrdinance of the City of Paris on August 8, 1960, at its regular Council
Meeting, wherein the Zoning Ordinance was amended to change from a
Residential District to a"G" Commercial District the hereinafter described
properties; and,
WHEREAS, there is now na immedia.te prospect of commercial
development in the hereinafter described area, which would require a
classification of "G" Commercia.l; and,
Tha,t said property is described as follaws:
BEG]NN1NG at the North West Corner of a lot belanging to
J. D. House, ,Jr., wherein the 5outh Boundary Line of
Clarksville Street intersects the East Boundary Line of
14th Street, S. E. ;
THENCE South Easterly along the South Boundary Line of
Clarksville Street to the North East Corner of a lot be-
longing to W. H, Ayres and being the North West Corner
of a lot belonging to Robert Swaim;
THENCE South to the South East Corner of the W. H. Ayres

THENCE North and West with the South Boundary Line of
the W. H. Ayres lot and Rodger Duke lot to the E. B. Line

ward to an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance changing from a"G"
Commercia.l District to an "E" Community Store Diatrict under Ordinance
No. 1409.
