RESOLUTION NO. 935
WHEREAS, the terms of o£fice of J. D. McLaughlin and Maury
Robinson, on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of
the City of Paris, will expire on October 7, 1960; and,
WHER.EAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint two persons to
fill the vacancies which will be created by the expiration of their terms;
and,
WHEREA5, it has been recommended to the City Council by the
Mayor, William C. Ragan, that J. D. McLaughlin and Maury Robinson
be re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning October 7,
1960; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
pAR,IS, TEXAS, That J. D. McLaughlin and Maury Robinson be, and
they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a
term of two (2) years, beginning October 7, 1960.
