RESOLUTION NO. 929
WHEREAS, the term of office of Del Morgano, as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
September 9, 1960, and it is neceasary to appoint his successor, and the
Ma.yor of the City of Paris, William C. Ragan, having re-appointed Del
Morgano to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris for three (3) years, beginning September 10, 1960, and continuing
for a term of three (3) years, and has submitted the name of such person
to the City Council of the City of Paris, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Del Morgano, to serve as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, for a period of three
j3) years, beginning September 10, 1960, and continuing for a period of
three (3) years thereafter, is by the City Council of the City of Paris
hereby approved and confirmed.
