928 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF COVY WILLIAMS ET AL AS MEMBERS OF TRAFFIC COMM EXPIRE AUGUST 31 19600 •
RESOLUTION NO, 928 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Covy Williams, Ben Taack, and
Jimmy Johneon, as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of
Paris, will expire on August 31, 1960; and,
WHEt.EAS, it is necessary to appoint three persons to fill the
vacancies created by the expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, William C. R.a.gan, has
re-appointed to the Traffic Commission, Covy Willia.ms, Ben Taack, and
Jimmy Johnson, for a term of three (3) years, beginning September 1,
1960, and has submitted their names to the City Council of the City of
Paris to be approved and confirmed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Covy Williams, Ben Taack, and
Jimmy Johnson, to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the
