RESOLUTION NO, 926 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. Joe
Hillhouse, and Dr. William Ha.yden, on the Advisory Board of Health of
the City of Paris and County of Lamar, will expi.re on July 3Q 1960; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or to re-appoint three persons
to fill the vacancies which will be created by the expiration of their terms,
and the Acting City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, ha,s re-appinted Dr. C. E.
G$more, Dr. Joe Hillhouse, and Dr. William Hayden, to serve on said
Advisory Board of Health for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 31,
1960, and exgring July 30, 1963; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That such appDintments be, and the same are hereby
approved, according to the ordina,nces of the City of Pa,ris and the laws
of the Sta,te of Texas.
