RESOLU TION NO, 92 0 .
WHEREAS, an application dated May 16, 1960, signed by all of the
property owners in and around the area, to close the street known as
4th Street, N. E, , between Center 5treet and Hickory 5treet, near the
Paris Fairground, has been presented to the City Counci; and,
WHEREA5, the same is used very little and is a dirt street, and
a graat portion of the time is impassable, and there is no apparent
necessity for the continuation of such street; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C.CJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That 4th Street, N. E., between the North Boundary Line of
Center Street and the South Boundary Line of Hickory Street, be closed,
and the Public Works Department is directed to close said street, until
further order of the Council.
