918 RES VACANCY NOW EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMM• •
RESOLUTION NO. 918 .
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the niembership of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, because of the
death of Wallace Norton; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the Mayor,
William C. Ragan, that Dr. Jim A. Miles be appointed to the Planni.ng and
Zoni.ng Commission to fill the unexpired term of Wallace Norton, expiring
December 31, 1962; NOW, THEREFOREs
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCxI. OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That such appointment be, and the same is hereby made and
approved, ~n accordance with the ordina.nces of the City of Paris.
