917 RES VACANCY NOW EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HOUSING AUTHORITY0 •
RESOLUTION NO, 917 .
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris,
because of the death of H. W. Norton; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Counci.l by the
Mayor, William C. Ragan, that J. D. McLaughlin be appointed to the
Board of Commissioners of the Houaing Authority of the City of Paris,
to fill the unexpired term of H. W. Norton, expiring Qctober 7, 1960;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,,
That such appointment be, and the same is hereby made and approved, in
accordance with the ordinances of the City of Paris.
