RESOLUTION NO, 915 ,
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the Gity
of Paris shall select a certified public accountant to ma.ke an annual
audit of the books of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1960,
at a time not sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor les s
than thirty days; and,
WHEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public
accountant; and,
WHEREAS, F. Y. McClanahan, a certified public accountant in th.e
City of Paris, has made application therefor; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE I" T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That F. L McClanahan, a certified public accounta.nt, is hereby appoixited
and is authorized and directed to ma,ke the annual audit of the City of
Paris for the year ending June 30, 1960, as required by the Charter of
the City of Paris.
