WHEREAS, the term of Cedric Townsend, as City Judge in the
City of Paris, ha.s expired; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS,, TEXASs Tha.t Cedric Townsend, a resident of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby re-appointed to serve as City Judge for the term
beginning January 1, 1960 and ending December 31, 1961, at such salary
as the City Council ma.y fix from time to time during such term.
