897 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORD PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF ELECTRICAL BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 897
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of office of Frank Horne, Mrs. Sayers Boyd,
George Crane, and B. C. Simmons, Members of said Board, has exa
pired; and,
yyHEREAS, the Ma.yor of the City of Paris, Robert Glass, ha.s
recommended to the City Council the re-appointment of Frank Horne,
Mrs. Sayers Boyd, George Crane, and B. C. Simmons, to serve as
members of the Electrical Board, for a term of two (2) years,
begin.ning January 1, 1960 and ending December 31, 1961; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS$ TEXAS: That the recommendation of the Ma.yor be accepted
and approved, and tha.t the appointment of Frank Horne, Mrs. Sayers
Boyd, George Crane, and B. C. Simmons, for a term of two years,
beginning January 1, 1960 and ending December 31, 1961, be, and the
same is hereby made.
Passed and adopted this llth day of January, A. D., 1960.
