RESOLUTION NO. 896
WHEREAS, the term of office of Morgan Johnson, on the Civil
Service Commission for the City of Paris, has expired; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Clyde H. Emmons, has appointed
Morgan Johnson to serve on the Civil Service Commission, for a term
of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1960, and continuing for three
(3) years thereafter; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the appointment of Morgan Johnson be, and the
same is hereby, in all things, approved and confirmed.
Passed and adopted this llth day of January, A. D., 1960.
