• • RESOLUTION NO, 895 WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted the National Building Code for 1949, which provides for certa.in members of the Building Board of Appeals; and, WHEREAS, the terms of J. W. Harrison and John Huddleston have expired; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint Lwo (2) members of said Building Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning January 1, 1960; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas, Robert Glass, has appointed James Loven and Herma.n Parham, Jr, to serve on said Building Board of Appeals for a terrn of five (5) years, beginning Janury 1, 1960; NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the appointment of James Loven and Herma.n Parham, Jr. to the Building Board of Appeals, for a term of five (5) years, beginning January 1, 1960, ma.de by Robert Glass, Mayor of the City of Pa.ris, be, and the same is hereby approved.
