892 RES CITY COUNCIL PERMITTED PAT VICKERS TO CONSTRUCT ROAD0 •
RESOLUTION NO, 892.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore by an agreement and
understa.nding vvith Pa,t Vickers permitted the said Pat Vickers to can..
struct a road leading from the State road recently constructed on the
City of Paris property, known as Lake Gibbons property, which State
road leads to the feeding and pen quarters for the re..location of the
Wi.ld Geese Preserve on said Lake, running from said State road to the
property and home of Pat Vickers; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the ma.tter be pla,ced of reco:rd,
and an easement has been requested by the said Pat Vickers; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, Tha.t the Ma,yor of the City of Paris, Robert Gla,ss, be, and he
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver to Pat Vickers
an easement covering said roadway.
