890 RES CITY COUNCIL REQUESTED TX AND PACIFIC RAILWAY CO A LEASE• ,
RESOLUTION NO. 890
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris ha.s requested
of The Texa,s and Pacific Railway Company a lease to go under the
right of way and railroad tracks of said Railway Compa.ny with a four
inch (411) cast iron sewer pipe at Valuation Cha.ining Station 4749 plus
53. 5, Mile Post A-89. 95, Main Line, Eastern Division; and,
WHEREAS, The Teacas and Pacific Railway Company ha,s fur-
nished an original and one copy of its regular form for pipe line agree-
ment, which requires the signature of the City of Paris; NOW, THERE_
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Robert Gla.ss, be, and he
is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Paris said pipe line agreement.
