RESOLUTION NO. 889
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has incurred in Budget Fund 406-D-7
the sum of $2, 215. 25 on the rehabilitation and repair of roads leading to
the Paris Water Treatment Plant and Pump Station; and,
WHEREAS, the same is not included in the original budget of the
City of Pa.ris for the year 1959-1960; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Kennemer, be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to transfer from the yVater Building Fund, the sum
of $2, 215. 25, to the Current Fund, Budget Itern No. 406•-D-7, in order to
pay for said obligation.
