RESOLUTION NO. 888
WHEREAS, the term of Dr. Lane B. Cooke, as City Health Officer
of the City of Pa.ris, ends on December 31, 1959; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the City of Paris to
ha.ve and maintain a City Health Officer for the year 1960; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, Tha.t Dr. Lane B. Cooke be, and he is hereby re-
appointed to the office of City Health Officer for the City of Pa,ris, for
the year beginning January 1, 1960, and ending December 31, 1960.
Pa.ssed and adopted this 14th day of December, A. I?., 1959.
