RESOLUTION NO. 886
WHEREAS, heretofore by resolution of the City Council adopted on
the 12th day of March, 1956, Byron Richey was re•.appointed as a m.ember
of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, to serve for << term
ending January 21, 1959; and,
WHEREAS, the term of appointment of the said Byron Richey ha.s ex..
pired; and,.
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable by the City Council, in orde:r to
carry out the purposes and stipula.tions of City of Paris Ordinance No.
1164, that an appointment for membership on such Commission be made at
this time, for a term of three years, to expire January 21, 1962; NOW,
THERE FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That Byron Richey be, and he is hereby re.a.ppointed as a member of the
Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris to serve for a term e:xpiring
January 21, 1962.
