884 RES COP REQUESTED PARTICIPATION GRANT FROM ST AND FEDERAL HEALTH DEPTS• •
RESOLUTION NO. 884•
WHER.EAS, the City of Paris has heretofore requested the partic:i-
pation grant from State and Federal Health Departments on the rehabili.ta.tion
of the Sewer Treatment Pla.nt belonging to the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, an advance payment on such grant, in the amount of
$12, 000. 00, is expected within the near future; and,
WHEREA5, it is necessary that the City Council direct to which fund
the Clerk shall deposit such $12, 000. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is of the opinion
that it would be to the best interest of the City of Paris xds
be deposited in the Water Building Fund Account; NOW, THEREFORE,,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :PARIS,
